Dee began her career in banking 26 years ago as a teller where her real love of number crunching came alive! She worked her way into the operations/processing side of the business and then was recognized for her management skills. Since joining INB, Dee has managed both the Mt. Pulaski and Riverton branches for a combined total of 12 years. She recently took the management position at the North Dirksen Branch. She loves the challenges that everyday banking brings -- whether it’s helping a customer balance a checkbook or finding a solution to a banking need. As an INB blogger, she provides insight to people who don’t get the opportunity to visit with her in the branch.

Dee lived in Mt. Pulaski all of her life until she recently got married and moved to Mackinaw, IL. Together Dee and her husband Chad have five daughters between the ages of 19 and 24. Dee’s oldest, Taylor, is married and raising two-year old twins, Oaklynn and Cooper. Lauren, Dee’s middle daughter, is a senior at MacMurray College. She is a two-sport athlete pursing a double-major in criminal justice and homeland security. Callie,  Dee's youngest, is a student at Heartland Community College pursing a degree in nursing while working as a nursing tech. Chad’s oldest daughter, Karyssa, is also a senior at MacMurray College pursing her degree in accounting, and his youngest, Kylee, works as a caretaker for the developmentally disabled.
