Taylor Smith loves being part of a small department where distinct talents and personalities are appreciated and staff is encouraged to give their personal input.

She found that in the INB Customer Care Center, where she works closely with her team to address customer question and concerns to alleviate any issues.

Taylor grew up in Athens and graduated from Athens High School. She is currently attending Lincoln Land Community College and plans to transfer to Illinois State University to obtain her bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Though Taylor has just one brother, she has a large extended family that she loves to spend time with. “My mom has six sisters, so I have enough cousins to make a small army,” she says.

When she’s not serving INB customers, Taylor enjoys being outdoors as much as possible. “We do a lot of boating in the summer and ride four-wheelers as well. I just enjoy being outside and soaking up the sunshine,” she says.
