Be in the Know About Account Activity
The “Manage Alerts” tab lets you setup, edit and view previous alerts. Alerts can come to you as email or text message or both. We offer four types of alerts:
- Custom Alerts: Create customizable alerts
- Bill Pay Alerts: Place alerts on Bill Pay items
- Security Alerts: Use alerts to watch for changes to your account
- Debit Card Alerts
To add a new alert, click the “+” sign at the top of the “My Alerts” area. To edit or delete an alert, click on the alert and make the changes. Then choose “save.”
